THE ESSENTIALS

Less guessing. Better job decisions.

▤

Organize every panel

Keep dimensions and quantities in one private job record.

▦

Estimate material

Deterministic, non-rotating shelf packing with kerf allowance.

↗

Export a clean cut list

CSV download for your own verification and shop workflow.

CAPABILITIES

From parts to a working estimate.

Account-scoped job library

Every API query checks the signed-in account's owner ID.

Cost and yield

Whole-millimeter inputs and integer-cent pricing avoid float-based money drift.

Transparent assumptions

No rotation, grain matching, CNC cut path, or guaranteed optimal nesting.

PROPOSED ASSISTED PILOT / NOT CHECKOUT

Simple first-job setup.

$149 proposed one-time setup

Assisted cut-list import and review for up to ten jobs. Scope and availability require a separate agreement.

No live billing, payment processor, or subscription is configured.

DOCUMENTATION

A takeoff in four steps.

  1. Register with email and a strong password, or sign into an existing account.
  2. Create a job using stock dimensions in millimeters, saw kerf and per-sheet cost in cents.
  3. Add named parts with width, height and quantity. Parts must fit without rotation.
  4. Calculate the deterministic layout and export the CSV. Independently check grain, trims, clearances and machine instructions.

Planning aid only. Not an optimized CNC toolpath or engineering verification. Backup/monitoring are not configured for production.

SHOP NOTES · OCTOBER 11, 2026

Three numbers to check before ordering plywood.

Kerf: every blade pass consumes material. A geometric fit may not be a cuttable plan.

Grain: rotating visible panels can change appearance, so this beta never rotates parts.

Waste: a deterministic shelf layout gives a reproducible estimate, not guaranteed minimum sheet use.
